Margie grew up in a Christian home and has a very strong Christian heritage on both sides of her family. She knew from a teenager that God was calling her for His purpose.

She went to India on her first ministry trip in 1998. That is when the fire started burning in her. Since then she has ministered in numerous countries in churches, orphanages, schools, youth groups, and women’s groups.

God spoke to her about being a delight to people while praying for another ministry trip to England, Ireland, and Scotland. He said she would show His delight to others as she went.
